NORI was born and grew up in country side of Japan, then he moved to Tokyo when he was 27 with motivated and ambitious, his career has progressed and now counts Christian Dior, HERMES, Louis Vuitton and Loewe as some of his clients. He is currently involved in various aspects of fashion business ; including editorial, advertising, back-stage work, project management and promoting of the events. His hand crafted hair styling and make-up which giving stories on his works is his signature. 2018, he established own company jari, inc.

ヘアサロン勤務、美容学校講師を経て日野眞郷氏に師事。
2010年よりフリーランスのヘアメイクアップアーティストとして活動を開始し、近年は国内外のクライアントから多くのオファーを受けている。
現在はクライアントワークと並行して日本各地でヘアメイクセミナーを企画、開催している。
繊細かつ大胆な指先のタッチによるストーリーテリングなヘアメイクを得意としている。
